FAQ

Answers to common questions and troubleshooting for Lexor.

Setup & Groups

Why isn't my group showing up in the Group Selector?

Your group only appears in the selector if @lexor_funbot has been added to it. Go to the group on Telegram, add the bot as a member, then reopen the Group Selector on Lexor.

See Adding the Bot for step-by-step instructions.

Why aren't any signals appearing after I select my groups?

A few possible reasons:

  • No recent calls — the bot only picks up contract addresses posted after it was added. If no one has posted a CA recently in your groups, the feed will be empty.
  • Bot not in the group — double-check that @lexor_funbot is still a member of your groups.
  • Groups not selected — confirm that the groups are checked in the Group Selector and you clicked "ENTER MARKETS".

Can I add the bot to a private group?

Yes, as long as you're an admin (or have permission to add members) and you add @lexor_funbot directly.

Wallet & Funds

Can I use my own Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.)?

Not currently. Lexor uses an embedded wallet created by Privy on login. This is intentional — it keeps the one-click trading flow seamless without requiring external wallet approvals.

Using an external wallet is on the roadmap for a future release.

Is my embedded wallet safe?

Yes. The embedded wallet is managed by Privy, which uses hardware security modules (HSMs) to store your private key in an encrypted, non-custodial way. Neither Lexor nor Privy can access your funds without your authentication.

See Privy's security documentation for technical details.

What if I lose access to my Telegram account?

Your wallet is tied to your Telegram identity through Privy. If you lose your Telegram account, contact Privy support for account recovery options. Your funds are not lost — recovery is possible through Privy's identity recovery flows.

How do I withdraw funds from my embedded wallet?

To move SOL or USDC out of your embedded wallet, send from your Lexor wallet address to any external wallet or exchange. You'll need a Solana-compatible wallet app that supports importing a wallet or sending to an external address. If you've built up positions, sell them first via the Holdings panel (back to SOL/USDC), then transfer out.

Full self-custody withdrawal UI is on the roadmap.

What chains are supported?

Solana mainnet only. Do not send assets from Ethereum, BNB Chain, or any other chain to your Lexor wallet address — they will not appear in your balance and cannot be recovered.

Trading

Why did my trade fail?

Common causes:

  • Insufficient balance — you don't have enough SOL or USDC to cover the trade amount plus fees. Keep at least 0.01–0.05 SOL in your wallet for gas regardless of your buy token.
  • Slippage too high — the price moved significantly between quote and execution. Jupiter handles slippage tolerance automatically, but very volatile tokens can exceed it.
  • Network congestion — during Solana network stress, transactions may timeout. Try again.
  • Token restrictions — some tokens have trading frozen or transfer restrictions on-chain.

If a trade fails, a toast notification will indicate the error. No funds are deducted on a failed transaction.

Can I set a custom slippage?

Not currently — slippage tolerance is handled automatically by Jupiter Ultra. Manual slippage configuration is a planned feature.

How fast is trade execution?

The swap quote → sign → broadcast → confirm cycle typically completes in 2–5 seconds under normal Solana network conditions. Solana's block time is ~400ms, so confirmation is near-instant once the transaction is broadcast.

Holdings & PnL

Why doesn't my PnL show for some tokens in my holdings?

Lexor can only calculate PnL for tokens traded through Lexor. If you hold a token you bought on Phantom, Raydium, or elsewhere, Lexor has no record of your cost basis. Those tokens will appear in your holdings with a live balance and value, but no PnL badge.

See PnL Explained for the full calculation methodology.

My holdings panel shows $0 or incorrect balances — what's happening?

Your holdings are fetched via real-time WebSocket and live on-chain data. If balances look wrong:

  • Wait a few seconds — it may be loading
  • Refresh the page to re-establish WebSocket connections
  • Check that your embedded wallet address is the correct one (visible in the header)

Can I track tokens I hold but didn't buy through Lexor?

Your full wallet balance is shown in the Holdings panel — all SPL tokens in your embedded wallet appear, not just ones you bought through Lexor. The difference is only that PnL data is unavailable for tokens without a Lexor trade history.

Callers & Groups

How do I know if my calls are being picked up?

If you post a Solana CA in a group where @lexor_funbot is present, the signal should appear on the dashboards of group members who are monitoring that group within seconds. You can verify by checking the Lexor dashboard yourself while in the group.

Do I need to format my messages in a specific way?

No. The bot detects valid Solana addresses automatically regardless of the surrounding text. Just make sure the contract address is in the message body as plain text — not as an image, not behind a hyperlink, not in a forwarded sticker.

What is the caller commission system?

When group members execute trades based on your calls, you earn a percentage of the trade volume as a claimable reward. See Claimables — full details on rates and claiming coming soon.

General

Is Lexor free to use?

Yes — using the Lexor dashboard is free. Transaction fees are paid to the Solana network (in SOL), not to Lexor.

Does Lexor work on mobile?

Yes. The dashboard is responsive and works in mobile browsers. No app download required — just open lexor.fun in your mobile browser.

Where can I get support?

Reach out via the Lexor Telegram or contact the team through official channels listed on lexor.fun.
