Getting Started

Your First Trade

A step-by-step walkthrough of funding your wallet and executing your first trade on Lexor.

Step 1: Fund Your Wallet

Before you can trade, you need SOL or USDC in your embedded wallet.

  1. Click your wallet address in the header bar
  2. The wallet modal opens — click "Receive" or tap the QR code button
  3. A QR code appears for your wallet address — scan it from your exchange or external wallet app
  4. Send SOL or USDC to this address on Solana mainnet

You need SOL to pay for transaction fees regardless of whether you're buying with SOL or USDC. A small amount (0.01–0.05 SOL) is sufficient to cover fees.

Step 2: Set Your Buy Size

In the header bar, find the buy size controls:

  • Select between SOL or USDC as your input token using the toggle
  • Choose a preset amount: 0.1 / 0.5 / 1 SOL or 10 / 50 / 100 USDC
  • Or enter a custom amount in the input field

Your current wallet balance for the selected token is shown next to the selector.

This buy size is used every time you click APE on a signal card. You can change it at any time.

Step 3: Read a Signal

Look at the signal grid. Each card represents a token call from one of your groups. Key things to check:

  • Signal age — how long ago this was called (fresher = more potential, but do your own research)
  • Market cap — the current market cap of the token
  • Buy pressure — the % of recent trades that were buys (higher = more buying momentum)
  • Caller — who posted this call in your group

For a full breakdown of every field on a signal card, see Signal Feed.

Step 4: Execute the Trade

When you've found a signal you want to act on:

  1. Click the APE (or BUY) button on the signal card
  2. Lexor requests a swap quote from Jupiter Ultra API
  3. Your embedded Privy wallet signs the transaction
  4. The transaction is broadcast to Solana mainnet
  5. A toast notification confirms: "Sniped $TOKEN!" with a link to Solscan

The whole process takes a few seconds.

Step 5: Check Your Holdings

After executing a trade:

  1. Click the Holdings tab in the navigation bar
  2. Your new position appears with your token balance and current USD value
  3. As the token price moves, your unrealized PnL updates in real-time

From the Holdings panel you can also sell your position — in 25%, 50%, or 100% increments.
